Mohamed Youssef

Mohamed Mahmoud Badawy is currently an Assistant Lecturer at Finance and Investment Department, Faculty of Political Science, Economics, and Business Administration - May University in Cairo. He has been an Assistant Lecturer and a Teacher Assistant at Ahram Canadian University since 2017.
He graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Political Science, Cairo University in 2015, and obtained his Master’s in Economics from the same faculty in 2019. The topic of his master's was about the impact of institutions on economic relations. He is currently working on her Ph.D., at Cairo University. His fields of interests are public finance and fiscal policies, especially that targeting poverty and inequality reduction.
He published a research paper in an international journal with a title of Evaluating the efficiency of fiscal responses to COVID-19 pandemic in the OECD countries.
Mohamed’s teaching experience includes Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, Money and Banking, and Public Finance.
