Prof. Wafaa Marzouk

Wafaa Marzouk received a PhD in business administration from Cairo University- Faculty of Commerce, Egypt, under joint supervision protocol with Huddersfield University Business School (HUBS), UK England. During this time, she worked at Cairo University, Faculty of Commerce as a lecturer and assistant professor in the Business Administration Department.
Upon joining the Ahram Canadian University- Egypt in 2009, Wafaa served as the head of the Business Administration Department, School of Business Administration. In 2013 was appointed as a Vice Dean of education and student affairs, and since 2019 she has been the Dean of School of Business administration (www.acu.edu.eg) till 2022. Wafaa now is moved to another new university established in Egypt. She is the dean of faculty of political science, economics, and business may university Egypt (muc.edu.eg). Wafaa also serves as the Director of the Quality Assurance Centre in Ahram Canadian University. She has also contributed to several major initiatives such as NAQAAE accreditations for the faculty of Pharmacy and faculty of mass communication- Ahram Canadian University. She also participated in many collaborative research projects financed by various instances, including TEMPUS.
Wafaa teaches several business administration courses to bachelor students as well as master and PhD students. She also supervised many masters and PhD theses in state and private universities in Egypt.
She published several kinds of research in leading academic journals and prestigious conferences such as Interdisciplinary Journal of Research in Business, Journal of Research in Marketing, International Journal of Marketing Studies, Jordan Journal of Business Administration, Scientific Journal of Economic & Commerce, and Egyptian Business Administration Review.
She has applied her career outside academic experience in various consultancies for local and multinationals corporations in Egypt.
