• Military Service Form “Namozag 2 Gond + 6 or 7” (Egyptian male Students only)

From Egypt
1- Canadian Diploma Certificate: Original certificate stamped from the school + Canadian educational authority + the Canadian Embassy + Egyptian Foreign Affairs + stamp of (الإدارة العامة للإمتحانات)
2- Proof of 12 years of schooling:
- Original 3rd preparatory (اعدادية) certificate (national system).
- OR Original 6th Primary (ابتدائية) certificate (national system) + original authenticated enrollment letter for all of the next 6 years stamped from the school & the schools’ Educational Zone.
- OR Original authenticated enrollment letter of 12 years of schooling stamped by the school and the Educational Zone in case of spending all of the 12 years in the international system.
3- Arabic & Religion exam results stamp of (الادارة العامة للامتحانات)  

From Abroad <
1 - Canadian Diploma Certificate: Original certificate stamped from the school + Canadian educational authority + the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of this country and the Egyptian Embassy.
2- Proof of 12 years of schooling: Proof of 12 Years of schooling (original & authenticated) stamped by the school, the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the issuing country and the Egyptian Embassy.
3- Original authenticated certificate of Arabic & Religion exam results issued with the same form set by the Egyptian Ministry for Higher Education.

All the Above plus :
· English Language or Literature
· Any Branch of Math / Functions.
· Biology
· Chemistry
· Physics
· + Student must take at least (3) more Subjects.

All the Above plus :
· English Language or Literature
· Math
· Advanced Math
· Chemistry
· Physics
· + Student must take at least (4) Subjects from the list of subjects approved the Egyptian Ministry for Higher Education.

All the Above plus :
· English Language or Literature is a Must
· In addition to (7) different subjects from the list of subjects approved by the Egyptian Ministry for Higher Education.
