Prof. Ahmed Saqr Ashour was a former Consultant to the Minister of Higher Education for Strategic Planning in 2013 to 2015.
He is a former Chairman of the Commercial Studies Sector Committee of the Supreme Council of Universities and he was the rapporteur of the Management Sciences Committee of the Supreme Council of Culture. he was also Director of the Arab Organization for Administrative Development at the League of Arab States.
