Prof. Mohamed Youssef held the position of Minister of Technical Education and Training and he was a Deputy Minister of Education.
He was the Director of the Technological Institute for Construction Engineering and Management.
In addition to his membership in the Board of Directors of the Arab Contractors Investment Company, and to the credit hours at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University.
