Professor Wael El-Degwy, former Minister of Higher Education & Research. Prof. Wael was graduated in 1975 from Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, and then he obtained his MSc. degrees from Canada. His academic career steps from successful position to another during which he became the Dean of Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University from 2008-2012.
From 2008 till end of 2014, Prof. Wael became the Vice President for technical affairs, through which overview all technical issues in CEGMAN then he held the position of Chairman since 2015 until now.
