Professor Moheb Al-Rafie is the president of MUC, former Minister of Education & current Senator in the Committee of Education, Scientific Research, Communications and Information Technology in the senate.
He is a Professor of Scientific and Environmental Education at the faculty of Graduate Studies, Ain Shams University.
Prof. Moheb Al-Rafie is a consultant for preparing study programs and education development at UNESCO, ALESCO and ISESCO.
